Do XR6, XR6 Turbo, XR8 and FPV models take the same parts?
Yes. They are trim and model grades built on the same FG–FGX Falcon, with the same suspension mounting, so the coilovers and arms listed for the FG–FGX and your body style fit them.
Can I fit a full coilover set to an FG or FGX ute?
No. FG–FGX utes run leaf springs at the rear, so there's no coil spring for a rear coilover to replace. They take the front pair only. More in what fits a Falcon ute.
Is the FG–FGX rear coilover the same as the BA–BF?
Yes. The same BA–FGX rear coilover fits BA, BF, FG and FGX sedans. It replaces the factory rear shock and the separate factory spring.
Which replacement arms fit an FG–FGX?
The front upper control arms (pair, sedan and ute), the rear toe arms (pair, sedans; not for the BA–BF, which uses a shorter toe arm) and the rear blade trailing arms (pair, sedans). See FG–FGX Falcon control arms.
Do I need a wheel alignment after fitting?
Yes. Changing ride height changes camber and toe, and so does fitting new control arms. Set the height first, then get an alignment. The install page covers the order of jobs.
