Products and fitment

Check the product description and vehicle fitment before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase. Performance parts should be installed by a suitably qualified person. Check the requirements that apply to your vehicle and intended use before fitting a part.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Preorders are paid in full when the order is placed.

Availability and preorders

When an item is on backorder, its status and any expected availability will be listed on its product page. Preordered items are dispatched after stock arrives. We will keep you informed if the estimate changes.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If stock is delayed, we will offer the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. Email sales@falcx.com.au to request cancellation.

Dispatch and delivery

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time estimates are guides, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items are held and shipped together once all items are available. Contact us if you would like to arrange separate shipments.

Coilovers are sent by specialist courier. We cannot deliver them to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Remote areas may attract a surcharge; if so, we will contact you with a revised quote before dispatch. See our shipping policy.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Our refund policy explains how to request help with faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant goods, and the available remedies.
