Warranty
Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees of acceptable quality and reasonable durability. These rights do not have a fixed expiry date; the applicable period depends on the product and circumstances.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to claim
- Email sales@falcx.com.au or text 0449 887 291 with your order number and what's happened. Send photos or video if you can.
- We'll assess it. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you'll get a repair, replacement or refund.
- If the part is faulty, we cover the return freight.
Use the same steps if we sent the wrong item or the goods don't match their description.
Many of our parts are performance parts intended for installation by a suitably qualified person. Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse may not be covered by consumer guarantees. This does not limit your rights where the product itself is faulty. Some parts may not be legal for use on public roads, so check the rules that apply to your car before you buy and fit.
Spares
Replacement front springs. Sold as a pair to suit FalcX front coilovers, in three rates:
- 12 kg: the factory front rate, for a daily driver or street car. Firm without going overboard.
- 18 kg: a stiffer option for track days, drifting and harder driving.
- 22 kg: our stiffest option, for track use or very low static cars that need extra front-end support.
The rear spring stays 10 kg. It is not changeable, so we don't sell a rear spring pair. Prices are on the spares page.
